Island Site Development chose Sauter Timber to supply all timber products for their newest Resort project on Norman’s Cay in the Exumas. Sauter Timber provided both prefabricated mass timber as well as commodity timber materials. The project consists of nearly 100 structures on two areas of the island. Sauter Timber provided the timber design and engineering for this project to withstand the high wind regulations. Hardware and waterproofing products were also indluded within the scope to simplify the shipping to such a isolated build site.
